Welcome to Linkeify. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Linkeify is a comprehensive event management platform that allows users to create, manage, and sell tickets for various events. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

02 User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an event.
• You are responsible for all content posted under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our community guidelines.

03 Event Organizer Responsibilities

As an event organizer, you represent and warrant that all information provided about your events is accurate and not misleading. You are solely responsible for the planning, execution, and safety of your events.

Organizers must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding event hosting and ticket sales, including tax obligations.

04 Ticket Sales & Payments

Linkeify facilitates ticket sales through integrated payment processors. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to pay the ticket price plus any applicable service charges.

05 Refunds & Cancellations

Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. Linkeify is not responsible for refunding ticket purchases unless specifically stated. In the event of a cancellation by the organizer, users should contact the organizer directly for compensation.

06 Limitation of Liability

Linkeify provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, event attendance, or interactions between users.
